ImperiumofMan1 Looking for Jungle, Support and ADC

Greetings,

    ImperiumofMan1 is a new 5 man ranked team. We are currently looking to fill the following roles: Jungle, Support and ADC. We are a North America based team and are looking for active players Silver 4 and above to join the team. We are a fairly relaxed bunch but don't mistake that nature. We are in the game to win. We prefer to have players 18 and older to avoid any complications.

    A few things about the team before messaging to join. We are looking for people who can manage situations and do not rage quit. Rage quitting is not tolerated and players will be dismissed for doing such! We will actively be recruiting until we find the team we feel fits with our comp, community and team. We like to have fun and be relaxed but are also very structured. Our captain and shot caller will be deciding team comp and Bans during selection. As well as updating builds for team as we progress in game. We are always open to discussion and often will listen to players provided they have a good reason. We conduct team practices 2-3 times a week to work on rotation, objectives, lane pressuring and win conditions. Generally we will do a practice, then the next two days are ranked, then a practice to work on anything we as a team see needing improvement from the Ranked matches. Speaking of improvement if you would like to join this team it is a must to be open to constructive criticism! We are here to win and get better and work as a team. It is also encouraged to own up to your mistakes if you make one, take responsibility for it it helps the team and keeps us in the right focus.

We are a North America based team so far and work on the following schedule. Practices start at 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and Friday (No Monday Ranked or practice cause Monday's suck) Central Standard time and go for 2-3 hours generally two - three normal games if they go to late game. Ranked games start at 8:15 Central Standard during weekdays generally Wednesday/Thursday and go for 3 games unless team vote goes for more or less depending on the night. Weekends Ranked games start at 1:00 P.M. CST and go until 8:00 P.M. on Saturday. Sunday is an open day for the team we will have a team discussion about the week and if all feel up for it we will do a practice or a ranked game.

We Highly encourage watching pro teams play and watch your position and rotations to get mechanics down and see what other teams may bring against us!
