As a support, Locket of the Iron Solari should be your primary item to rush. Even against full AD teams like Zed or Yasuo mid, the enemy team will likely have a lot of 'hidden' magic damage that your team can use protection against (Zed's Contempt for the Weak, Yasuo's Sweeping Blade, Sunfire Cape and Cinderhulk are all magic damage). So, a suggested build path is (Gold Item) + Biscuits, Sightstone, Upgrade Gold Item, Boots of Speed, Locket, Final Gold Upgrade.
As a jungler, your primary focus at low elo should be objectives. You can't rely on your team mates to follow up when you gank and you also can't rely on your own skill to secure kills every gank. Instead, you should focus on taking every dragon as soon as possible. With Warwick you should be able to solo dragon at level 5. Make sure you don't use your Smite at all during your second clear, and grab two camps to get yourself to level 5. With your knife from your back and either Refillable Potion or Rejuvenation Bead as your first item, you should easily kill dragon with two Smites. (Use the first Smite charge at the very beginning so you can use the second to secure).
After first drag, try to make sure you're always near the dragon pit starting at 1:00 before dragon spawns. You can farm some camps, set up vision, grab a gank, but you don't want to get into the "I can get there in 30 seconds" mentality and find yourself at top when it spawns. You should get your teammates together and start zoning the enemy away from dragon's pit around 30 seconds before it spawns. You can deny vision and positioning easily by simply getting there first.

Yeah! Plus they aren't all up in Plat and beyond. Riot does have a large range of players from all skill levels.

I'm not much of a ranked player these days (torn between doing DynamicQ with some Bronze friends, or trying to reach Platinum on my own -- choices, choices!), but I'd happily do a few games with you if you're looking to practice bottom lane, and maybe some ranked if I opt out of the SoloQ experience this season.
I've been a Marksman main since Pre-Season One, and play every role, so I'm pretty good at helping players pick up the teamwork and timing that goes into a successful bot-lane duo. In fact, I've been introducing a few friends to the support role, and there's one who recently went from probably Bronze 4ish to someone I'd trust to have my back in Silver / Low Gold ranked! I'm also super fond of support Morgana and Braum, so...
Finally (and this might be of interest to you), I run a small online community of rather friendly League players of all experience levels, so if you're looking for a semi-regular group to play with (and can convince people to leave OverWatch alone for a bit) there's a high chance you can find an interested group of Bronze/Silver/Gold players who'd be highly interested.
...although I'll admit, I always have half of an ulterior motive, since I've almost snagged a job at Riot twice, and therefore knowing more people there is always a positive thing so I know when the position I've been told to reapply to is open. :P
