Creating a serious ranked team 5v5 silver+(LF a MID)

Hi. I looking players that are willing to stay on a team and improve. Skill isn't the biggest thing I looking for. Good attitude, no raging and having fun is what makes a great team. I hoping when we get all five players, we can make a schedule for practice. I want this team to grow and enter some tourments, like a lot of league players dream, I want to make it to the LCS one day.
