Top Laner Wanting Long Term Duo

I'm a top main who reached Plat last season but currently sitting at low Gold at the moment. Mostly play tanks top lane and focus on not dying in lane, roaming for vision, and TP to other lanes.

Looking for a long term duo preferably jungle or mid.
