Looking for Coach plat+

I'm gold 5 currently and I can't seem to figure out what I've been doing wrong. I'm an ADC main and I just want some help figuring out why I keep losing so much and why lane phase has been so difficult for me. I'm not looking for a carry or a duo. I just want to improve my play. At the end of the day Improving is all I care about. Any help with specifics will be appreciated.
