S5 Jungle/Mid/Top LF Ranked 5's team or duo

Hello summoners, i have a huge champion pool so i can pretty much always play whatever the team needs in any of my given roles except Mid. I am looking for a team or duo that is available between 8AM - 1PM CST or 11:15PM - 4AM CST also all day on Sat & Sun. If i had to choose my 3 best or favorite champions they would be Sejuani, Amumu and Akali. Others that rank high on my fav list are Rammus, Tryndamere, Xin Zhao, Khaz'ix, Annie and Malphite.
