I Can't Take Role Select Trolls Anymore

I just can't, i'm sitting here in a 30 minute low priority queue because for 3 lobbies in a row now someone has forced a swap on another player on the team whether it be me or one of my teammates. I'm not saying there is a problem with autofill or anything but there needs to be a way to not only safely dodge a lobby (maybe a team vote to disband the lobby) but also REPORT THE TROLL with the champion select chat as evidence. I would appreciate some upvotes or some other way to get a rioter to see this, we deserve to know if they have any plans for this issue and if not we need to make them aware that we NEED a change! Thanks for reading and good luck on the rift (Frankly i just hope i can GET on the rift)
