Looking for a ACTIVE ranked team to build my skills.

Hey, simply put I am looking for a active team of people who are willing to correctly and humbly train for ranked matches and compete.

I have been solo queuing for a long time and I believe its time to have a slight amount of communication in teams.

My only requirements before even considering yourself a likely candidate are these.

1.Must be active as I am already in and tired of super inactive (clans) 2.Must not be toxic, I dont want to waste my team dealing with people who complain versus working on the issue. 3.North America servers :) 4.Preferably are willing to not only know and accept but learn other roles. I dont need a "Top only Rammus" I want someone who knows how to counter pick.

That is roughly all my requirements. A talking team would be nice but not necessary, I suppose if we want to be able to do what we can in game better then having a Raid call or Team speak would be the most Ideal. If any other programs work (Other then Skype) please let me know.

I dont need the best people, or only challenger teir people. All I ask is if you know a bit great, if your just starting ranked I ask you just be willing to learn as hopefully we will all gain some knowledge and can bring some to the table ourselves.
