Hello All, My name is Jackson ( Aka: SRGE Jackson ) and I am the Head Manager of Upsurge eSports.

As of 05 June 2017 I am currently looking for some new staff members to help our organization grow and run smoothly. Recently we have been taking on a big uptake in traffic and activity, and as such we need more staff willing to help! So if you love to help other players, learn what its like behind the scenes of an eSports organization, and meeting awesome players, then this Org. wants you!

Where will you be helping and how? For staff, Right now we have a public discord with all of our teams, players, staff, and etc that are on 24/7. We also have tournaments every week! With new players coming and going there is definitely work to be done! Such as helping players with questions, getting tournaments ready, and more! However this may seem overwhelming at first, but fear not! There are many other experienced veterans on our helpful staff that can balance the workload so it doesn't feel so overwhelming. Each staff member will have a specific role to play and be able to accomplish it with ease.

For Coaches, We also have our own personal Upsurge eSports teams! Including dedicated players determined to win and learn. However this can be challenging in itself so we are looking for experienced coaches to lend them an all-seeing eye. Now we don't expect any coach to try to control everything about what a team does just to help them improve! All that we would ask is, you are there for scrims with the team and can VOD review once a week with them. Scrim times and dates will be left to the team manager! So that's leaves more time for yourself, and more time to the team! Woohoo!

Requirements: Now this may all seem super exciting and like crazy fun, BUT! Not everyone can apply! Unfortunately we do have strict requirements for applying for this position. For instance we require:

-A Positive Working Attitude -A Working Mic -A Semi-open Schedule -An Understanding of Leadership -(Preferred) Experience of tournaments and teams -(For Coaches only) Experience of Coaching previous teams -(For Coaches only) A Flexible Schedule to work with the Players -A Willingness to Grow and Learn and have Fun
