Hey man, my in game name is "C0Re" and I wouldn't mind giving this a try AGAIN!!! I have coached up to gold teams in the past for small tournaments and friendly tourneys and some TS tourneys int he past. I am not the best player, but I have coached experience players in the past. People that knew what they were doing. I was more of an analyst, and a person that took care of the housekeeping shit like scheduling and made sure everyone will be on. I am an overall head coach. I am 17 BTW. I have coached teams, and I am a motivator. I will tell you what you do wrong, and correct you, I will give you my insights. No I do not run a dictatorship as a coach, I like to be democratic, but at the same time, the players need to hear me out fully. I have experience on picks/bans, and I know what counters what, and so on. I can analyze plays like say there is a dragon up for grabs, but you could also go for a 3 kills, take the objective. I am a more passive player that likes to long out games and make sure my team wins. I am not an aggressive player, nor am I an coach with my strategies. I make up names for certain things, and I overall just know the game, inside and out. I am not the best at adapting to patch changes, very well. I have to read them thoroughly and calculate shit and see what is best for what. I just want a team that is fun, and won't flame me at the same time, but will play and take me serious as I will do everything I can to guide a team to a higher rank, I may have to warn you. I am bronze 2, don't let that scare you. I am experience, and I am not just saying this. I have not been the best coach in the past. I am being 100% honest. I want to improve, as you guys want a coach to improve as a team and individually. I believe I can provide just that, if not even more.
So if you are interested in grabbing me as a possible coach choice for your team. Hit me up. I just want to know where you stand with me and see what you like about me. I can tell you a long list, but if we do talk, I will have to tell you everything I expect. As if you guys are a "team" and not just a group of friends playing, then I expect more. I expect a lot of players that put the label "team" over their names. I will be honest, coaches aren't the nicest people I will improve you guys as a team. How I will do that??? I don't know yet, but I can provide everything I know and better you guys as a team. Who knows I may only have to motivate you guys, or give you guys pep talks or maybe analyze, or maybe all. It depends how serious you want me and the team to be. I am a serious guy, I do not like losing... Just like anyone, but if a player does bad I will not criticize him, rather I will just talk to him after and tell him his mistake, but if I feel the need to adjust things I will. If you guys are "serious" and are "determined", then I will be happy to get a try out or whatever I will have to do, to become your team's coach. I just want to know how much I will do straight up, and see what I can do. I just want an organized team that is determined, from there I can set up schedules and games, and scrims, and tourneys and practices, and whatever. I will do what I have to, to improve a team.
