Need Silver+ Duo

I need someone to duo with me that is truly trying to win and can hold there own. I do not care what role or what I have to do to make sure that we win, but it is hard when others on my team cannot hold their own as well. Now I know if I am good enough I should be able to carry bad teammates, but I do not know maybe I am just having a bad luck streak. I will play any role just need someone to duo with. Please have CV or Skype. I am currently Silver 2 trying to get into Gold by this weekend. I would prefer if you were at least near me or above me in rank.
