Silver Team Looking for Bot Lane Try Outs

Hey, I lead a team that is looking for a support and an ADC. We have regular practice, playing as many games as we can get in together, about 4-5 days a week. Our goal is for our bot lane to be around between for at least 5 hours between the hours of 11AM EDT and 11PM EDT, we plan to take part in tournaments, have already found a few scrim partners, and practice on flex with Discord whenever we have nothing else going on.

Our goal is to find a bot lane that has a compatible champion pool and mindset towards the lane and the game, that communicates effectively what it needs and wants to do with the rest of the team or on it's own so that our team can play accordingly. We are looking for a player in either silver or gold soloQ rating, looking to grow as a player in a team environment and then take part in tournaments as a team. We do not want a roster that needs to be changed - our goal is to finish tomorrow with our final roster that will go into tournaments in April after a couple weeks of practice to make sure we're ready.
