[SS/S]-Silver ADC LF Support for Duo Queue or LF Ranked 5s team

My goal is to continue improving my play while also winning matches. Playing solo queue with random people is getting to be a drag especially when supports have obviously never played their chosen champ or just rarely support (not buying sighstone, not utilizing relic shield well, taking cs, pushing lane when I'm trying to freeze, diving at terrible times over and over, etc.)

I know these are common complaints but I'm just really looking for someone to play with to focus on getting better together.

I would also be interested in playing with a Ranked 5s team.
