Need help / "Coaching"

[sg-ezreal] Heya, Shady here once again with another "Discussion" if you could call this one of them... Technically I'm looking for "Coach/Teacher" or something like that, who could teach me in certain roles & Champs

I'd like to get better at Top/Jg/Mid, but Most of the time I get silvers & golds in the enemy team
[sg-ahri-1] & ofc.. in the team I'm in. Its quite hard for someone like me (not even ranked yet... + prop stuck in the bronze when I start) to play against them.

I tend to pick "Off Meta Champs" for example: top lane... , , , and so on.

Any tips or tricks? (Yes, I've watched enough of tutorials for the time being. They won't help me usually.)
