Mid laner looking for a SERIOUS team or looking to create a SERIOUS TEAM

Hey guys what's up? So I tried to create a team, and a serious one but unfortunately the members ain't showing real interest or are just too busy with the life they have which I respect a lot.

But I have plans and I want to achieve them with a team. Making it as far as we can to be noticed by pro teams or becoming one ourselves and getting noticed by investors and sponsors.
