LF someone to show me the ropes

so I just moved from playing AI games to solo queue. I've been usin Jinx in the bot lane and doing mediocre at best. I've noticed the games I play with teams who are understanding of how noobs can be, are the teams I play better with. Rather than constantly flaming someone for making honest mistakes. So if anyone has any tips or pointers or feels like helping out, it'd be greatly appreciated.
