Looking for a 5v5 team(I'm Gold, pretty consistent)

I'm looking for a serious team with actual shot calls, players who LISTEN to these shot calls, and ideally do well in lane, we can start from a bronze division, but in the team I'd be looking for it to climb. ADC>MID>JUNG(With this role I could shot call very well) Oops edit: IGN is "icrieverytime" add me there I'll be on more than likely
