Coach looking for an Assistant Coach or Analyst for Sivler-Gold team.

Currently looking for an Assistant Coach and Analyst to help out with 2 teams. Below will be a list of things each position will be interviewed about and what I will be expecting from them. Currently looking for 1 Assistant Coach and 1 to 2 Analysts.

Assistant Coach: Weekly planning, Drills, Drafting, Team comp crafting, Overall macro-play and teaching. There will be a series of questions from each of these categories as well as your personal take on what a coach does.

Analyst: Individual needs in lane, Team-fight positioning, Warding, Runes, Masteries. There will be a series of questions from each of these categories as well as what you believe an analysts' job is and are used for.

Both teams has 5 dedicated players per team and are all dedicated and show up 4 to 5 times a week. All practices are at night and start around 7pm EST. Both of these teams are Gold Elo and come everyday to learn and get better. Please keep in mind if you cannot make 4 to 5 practices a week then there is no need to add me as you will not be able to coach. This is a serious team btw.

Both of these teams are within the same organization and there are several other teams as well. There are other coaching positions available if this team does not work out or it isn't what you are looking for. Along with that it is a great community with in-house play, and several non League teams.
