Looking for Captains and players for competitive teams
Damag3 Gaming is currently looking for captains and players for the competitive side of league. The teams will need to have a set schedule to practice on a consistent basis. They will also need to come up with team comps.
Captains:
- will need to find players to be on their teams with the help from myself or another staff member.
- will need to set scheduled practice around the players schedule.
- will need to make sure their team is checked into any tournaments they apply for. -ALL NEW CAPTAINS THESE RULES ARE ACTIVE NOW
Rules Of Making a team/ or teams who are incoming with people already follow step 1 and 4:

Post in the captains channel the name of your team and what rank and roles you are recruiting for, and a team motto. You may then post in recruitment txt channel a team promo that you are recruiting and what ranks you want

Captains may not recruit player more than 2 ranks above them and more than 2 ranks below them.

All teams must be active in the discord and cannot have any seprate discords.

If you are an incoming team pre-made with people already you MAY NOT be playing for other discords, and you must practice here and play here.

Player:
- will need to be sure to show up for set schedule unless an emergency happens in which case needs to let their captain know whats going on.
- will need to show up to practice ready to play and not be toxic in any way. (Toxicity is not and will not be permitted and will have consequences per what is said and how often it happens)
- will need to let the captain know if they feel they no longer want to be apart of the set team.
