Silver ADC looking for Support for Duo/Team Play

Hi, I'm looking for a support that is interested in climbing the solo/duo queue ladder very quickly and easily, while learning as much as we can about the game as fast as we can. I'm hoping to make a new friend that plays the support role, and would be interested in possibly playing for a team after we build some synergy. I'm not concerned so much about skill, as I am about our personalities connecting. I want this duo partner to not only be a duo partner, but also a good friend, someone who I can talk to, and joke around with.

A little about myself: I use to main support for most of my time playing League of Legends, I thought it was a great role I could really make an impact from, but over time I grew tired of playing the same few champions constantly because they were the only good supports. I quickly transitioned to mid lane and played for a team called Gentlemen Bastards and we quickly established the team as one to be feared. We had a top 3 finish in the 2013 Mobafire Spring 5v5 Tournament, and were finishing 1st place in almost every "Daily" tournament we would play. As you would expect from a team that quickly rose, we had a lot of internal drama. Players thought they were better than others, or that we should replace x player with y player for z reason. It was stupid. Eventually we all split due to a sponsorship issue. I've been playing Counter Strike Global Offensive since, and have recently decided to pick up the ADC role, as I feel I can have the most impact in the game from that role. I finished gold 5 last season, but was banned due to toxicity. My mentality has completely changed, and I'm only looking forward to getting better at the game, and improving myself as a person. I'm in silver 5 at the moment, trying to find my groove again.
