Nitro plus gaming NPG looking for a new roster!
Hello Every one My name is David Ramirez founder of NPG. Due to some resent changes we will be looking to pick up some new members to play in real tournaments so be ready to put some time in. You will also have to pitch in for tournament spots. never more then $25. As of now we are looking at playing in http://www.esportshq.com/last/what-is-it/ and http://www.leagueofhunnies.net/events/2015/01/league-hunnies-january-february-tournament/ . So we would like only serious dedicated players. i would like only diamond+ but if you can prove you are a plat that can hang with the big boy's then happy to through you on board. we will be facing mostly diamond and master teams so ya be ready for real game. we are looking at practicing 4-5 times a week. this can be decided when we pick up a couple more players. You must be 18+ because we may have the chance of traveling. I am looking to go some where with this team. i know it will take some work and dedication but have played in multiple tournaments with my last team and won most of them and that was a all plat team. What will practice look like? We will not just be playing games, we will be sitting down coming up with comps and strats. we will probably sit down 1 day a week and just come up with new ideas to make us a better team. this is not solo q so every 1 needs to be ready to take constructive criticism. we are playing for real money. this dosent mean we have they right to flame at a bad play but if some one messes up including me we need to point it out and go over what needs to change so that dose not happen again. we will do this after games though not during. during games we must all be focused and move on.
