Searching for duoq partner

Hello, Im a toplane main who is placed in bronze 3 after his placements. After my bad placements i trained a bit in normal before playing ranked again. When i started playing ranked again with a friend of mine it went good and i was promoted but after that my friend became gold so i couldnt duoq with him anymore. So i played soloq. This didn"t go that wel. I dont know why. I always win or go even in my lane make good teleport plays but somehow i stil loose. Thats why im seaarching for a duoq partner to climb with. im curently place in bronze 4 after a huge los streak when a fiddle in my team goed 0/10 in the jungle or something like that. I'ame from the netherlands but can also speak english and german (if somone would like to teamspeak or skype).
