P1 LF supp or flex people

My flex ranks suck. G2 in flex 5's and s2 in 3's. I would play both, but I want people to climb with and build comps with. I have like 40 ranked flex games and like 30 in 3's, so I'm really looking to play more. I main adc, so if you play support some soloq could be fun. I play a lot of normals too. Just be nice pls and plat +.
