No bullshit, I need a team.

I'm not going to beat around the bush or sugar coat shit. I'm just trying to find a team, IF POSSIBLE, or a group of people to play with. I'm really trying to get into the competitive scene, though i'm only gold 4, I know it's not where I belong. I know my skills are way beyond where they are, I just have the worst luck ever. I main ADC, but I can play champions in other roles pretty good. What do I have to bring to a team? I have good mechanics, team fighting skills, and awareness. What I can work on, probably knowing what to do at what phases in the game.
