Hey guys, My name is Hai Im Cap. I'm the owner of Hold This I'll carry. We are trying to start a gaming community so we can have people with good mechanics and game knowledge to consistently perform and play in ranked que's.

A little information about me; My elo: G5 in s3, G5 in s4, G1 in S5. Currently G5. Roles; JGL/ADC main, I play all roles at a gold level or higher. Favorite champs; Khazix, Ekko, Udyr, Vayne, Yasuo. playstyle; im agressive age: 23

We're recruiting and we are wanting YOU to join us! We'll play a few normal games to see how you do in/with your preferred roles/champs and hopefully find a spot for you in our gaming community. Feel free to post here, or contact myself ( Hai Im Cap) or Sprill in game to learn more.

  1. Constructive criticism, by this i mean NO RAGING. If you have a comment to make, do so in a positive and constructive manner where you and the player you are forming a comment about can learn from each other
  2. Speak English well enough for us to understand what you're trying to say
  3. Use chat comms for games
  4. There are GIRLS that we play with, DO NOT under any circumstances harass them. They're people just like us, that enjoy a great game.
  5. If you have a problem with another member in the community, contact me or Sprill directly and we'll listen and handle the situation. This is a gaming community, not a drama class.
  6. Treat others how you would like to be treated
  7. Most importantly, HAVE FUN

Hi, I'm a Silver 3 support main looking to play with some solid players. I Main Blitz, Morg, Alistar. But those are the supports i'm stellar with, I'm getting better with thresh, bruim, Naut, Janna. I would say my best qualities as a supports are I like to make plays, and I have good knowledge of the game. I would win games off my shot calling, and my fed adc alone. The most underrated but equally as important characteristic I have, would be my positive attitude! I'm looking for some good players to make a team that I can play with often. I look forward to your response! I hope I can join your community! Amumu

This is wrong, so wrong man.

I'll give you my 2 cents only because I have managed a gaming community before and I can't stand to see this happening.

First, you never accept/decline a "member" according of how they play the game. Ideally you want player from all types of abilities from the very beginners to the veterans that can carry queues with a single hand. The idea behind a community is to let players share and connect between them, however if everyone is an expert on the subject the flow of conversations just get stuck. If anything set up interviews and decide from their attitude (nobody wants to be around people with bad attitude) but pay little to no interest into ranks or how they handle themselves in games unless that particular person is applying for coach position inside the community or something akin.
