S4 diamond support LF ranked 5s

Support main interested in finding a ranked 5s team playing 2-3 nights a week. I'm in central time zone with a solid connection and a new gaming PC - what is lag?

Mainly play and have aggro play style. Currently plat 3 80lp, peaked S4 at diamond 4 91 LP. Played ranked 5s in mid diamond last season and am confident and comfortable in that elo range.

I also jungle, but am only interested in support on a ranked 5s. Not interested in a duo partner, only ranked teams plat or higher. May consider a high gold team if individual players are plat+ solo. Dont check forums often, just add me in game. Thx.
