Hey guys, True Minded Gaming finally has a relatively established coaching staff and we are looking for players to start growing as a team. This team is diamond plus, and we will be looking at all applications that are Diamond 5 or above. We have a head coach, assistant coach, and a general manager, as well as myself who is the owner of the organization. We need all roles for this team, so please do not hesitate to apply. We will be looking at the applications as we get more and more, and doing interviews on Skype or Discord to assure that you are serious and will be dedicated to this team. Age: 21 IGN: Ine 124 Timezone: Est. Role:Mid,Jg,Spt Basic champion pool: I don't have to many champs, but I can adapt with what I do have. Do you have a working mic: Yes Availability: After 3:45pm est Strengths as a player: Level headed, very intelligent, always looking to improve Weaknesses as a player: This is my first season playing this game. Any questions for me: Is it possible to make exceptions right now for the D5+? I was Plat 4 last week, I'm now Plat 2. I will be diamond 5 or higher by the end of the week. Anything extra you would like to add: I will also be taking off most of the month of August from my real job to advance in league of legends. I feel as though I can do more in a competitive environment.

Availability: mon, wed, fri; after 1:00pm est tues, thurs, before 2:30 pm then after 9:30pm Strengths as a player: Very diverse champ pool, learns very quickly, very easy to get along with and cooperative, able to bounce back from a deficit. Weaknesses as a player: communication (I do bare minimum callouts, timers etc.), map awareness (I like to play aggro, if I don't have wards I might be ganked easily) Any questions for me: Anything extra you would like to add: Playing as mid/jungle just for climbing solo queue (easier to affect map). If I get on the team you will see my champ pool start breaching out again, but in the beginning it will be a bit limited.

Weaknesses as a player: Sometimes I get too cocky or confident and get killed for it, sometimes I can make good calls for the team and some other times it might not go as well as planned. Any questions for me: Are you planning to make it to the LCS? Anything extra you would like to add: I know that I have a Master potential and I have been playing since season one, I love video games since I was a kid, my dream is to play in the LCS and I'm going to give my all to achieve that dream.
