Starting A Brand New Ranked 5's Team

Hello I am starting a new Ranked 5's team that is going to be focused on getting better as a team. Like most players I have tried to find a team but most just fall apart after a few times of playing. I am looking to find players that want to stay with a team (even after a lost). We will require voice comms and will listen to a "shot caller".

Requirements: Plat/Diamond Positive Attitude Play A few days a week from 6:30 PST - 10:30 PST Mic

We currently have Myself as ADC and a support.

Please repost the following and DO NOT ADD ME IG. I will add before we play tonight. We are going to want to try and find at-least one sub per position.

Top 5 Champions: Maokai, Irelia, Gangplank, Fizz, Hecarim. (I want to include Rumble in the 5 so bad lol [I play all Top lane Champions well but these are my regulars])

Do you follow the pro scene: Yes, TSM, OG are my favorite Teams.

Previous ranked 5s experience: Yes, but like you said the team fell apart once we lost a couple games. Everyone stopped when we lost gold 4.

Do you feel comfortable shot calling: I can do secondary shot calling and inform the team of timers on objectives. I haven't been a primary shot caller since I was a young scrub with my scrub school friends in season 2.

Time zone: EST

Not asked but I am overall a positive player that likes to take positive criticism so I can try to improve.
