LF people to play ranked 3's/5's with

My ranked team went 5-0 in placements and is silver 3. I wouldnt mind finding people to play ranked 5's with. I'm not high elo(gold 4 atm plat 4 is the highest ive ever gotten), but I could be if I actually enjoyed ranked. I only seem to enjoy ranked when I play on bronze accounts. I'm a adc main and main kalista, jinx, graves, corki and kog'maw(but can play lucian and vayne quite well too). On twisted treeline I generally play jinx, jayce, Cassiopeia, khazix, darius, riven, jax and master yi. If interested feel free to add. Would prefer high silver+ with good mechanics and map/game knowledge. Someone who knows how to build situationally, when to go in, when not to go in, champion damage and match ups, map awareness etc. Must be able to give and receive advice/criticism in a mature manner. These last two are non negotiable must have a mic/skype or teamspeak and be 16 or older and mature.

For ranked 3s a main doesnt really matter because top and bot picks are situational in TT the only thing that matters is whoever is jungling needs to know how to jungle in TT otherwise we might as well run 2:1 lane setup and have a roaming support(doesnt need to be a support but it is in the sense that they need to have either engage or peel if not both, they dont cs unless its pushing out a empty lane and the need to have good kill potential. Champions like xin zhao, hecarim, gnar, maokai etc).

For ranked 5's I main adc so would need all other positions filled to do that. I can play all roles but jungle but not on the level that I adc because I do it so often. I dont know the match ups in other lanes. I would prefer mains in the other positions but the only two roles that I will be strict on for maining that role is jungle and support. I would prefer if you had 60%+ win rate on at least two champions with over 30 games on each within that role.
