LF Silver - Gold Elo Players To Join Ranked Team (Flex, Clash, ETC)

So basically creating this team to participate in tournaments, Clash, Flex, things like that. I got sick of joining poorly managed teams that made it one week and then disbanded. I am looking to create a more long term team of players that can improve together and have fun too. Jungle: Lee, Hecarim, mumu, (anything tanky) , Mid: Zed, Ori, LB. Strengths: Shottcalling. Weaknesses: Teamwork . How Are You At Shotcalling?: Good. Preferred Role(s): Jungle Solo and Flex Rank: S4, both. Champions You Are Best At For Chosen Role(s): Nidalee (250k points), Zac, Jarvan, Gragas, Nunu. Strengths: I greatly excel at applying tremendous early pressure through both jungle invading and ganking/lane harassment. I'm constantly interacting and providing support all across the map and making sure that the jungler is far behind. Weaknesses: A lesser weakness would be playing too aggressive when I'm behind, but that almost never happens. Also in mid-late game map rotations I fall a bit short How Are You At Shotcalling?: I've done it before for one of my premade 5's every time we played and I was told I did well, but I don't think that's the role that I could consistently do. Talkative or Quiet?: I give out crucial information that I have that will help us which depends on how I'm doing. I speak only a little after that, so I suppose I'd be more passive and listening to the team. Time Zone: US East. Available Times: 4:00 - 10-11:00 pretty much everyday. Top/Support Gold 5 both maokai, poppy 500k across multiple accounts, gnar, can play and will learn any and all champs My teamfighting is good. good map awareness/split pressure for objectives csing in a losing lane and playing mo0re passive in such lanes i can call early fights if jungler is ganking. in teamfights i mostly call when i am engaging due to me playing engage tanks. talkative pst for time being free availability until i find a job. yes and yes ign roushpowered
