looking for a ranked partner (pref gold)

I've been in a few games where i'm doing great in lane but my other lanes are having a hard time as to what they should do in team fights and or they just give up and afk. I've been losing a few games because of this and i am looking for someone who knows how to play their lane and knows what they should do in fights.
