Looking for Jungler Diamond v and up. Please read the Descriptions.

Requirements: You... -Must be able to take constructive criticism. -Must be Diamond V+ in Solo Que -Must be 18 years or older. -Must have a decent sized champion pool. -Must know your role in the team during the early, middle, and late game. -Must have map awareness and understand what is happening around your position/lane. -Must understand correct positioning during ganks and during team fights. -Must understand the length and the progression of a typical game. (When objectives should be going down, etc) -Must have at least 20 ranked games in your preferred position. -Must not "rage" or intentionally cause other teammates to stress at any given time. -Must be able to make it to scheduled practice and events -Must not have been banned for toxicity

All requirements are expected to be met before being considered for this team. Yes, they're strict and there's a lot, but I want only the dedicated players who want to go somewhere.

You must also abide by these rules:

There will be no less than 4 days of 2 hour scheduled practices a week. (8 hours per week practice hours) You must make it to 90% of the practice schedule. If you can not make a practice you must notify the team as soon as you are aware. Teammates are expected to play together outside of practice After every game win or lose there will be a short break to discuss improvement across the team. There will be no surrender votes unless the entire team agrees over voice chat first. It is a discouraging thing when you feel you are wining your lane and then a teammate throws up a surrender vote out of nowhere. Also even losses are wins if we learn from them. We will be using Discord. If you don’t have it, get it, its free. If you don’t have a working headset, wait to apply until you do. They are not expensive. You will be expected to keep up to date, as well as learn and play, with the current meta and champions that are very strong in their respected lanes. "I don't like that champ so I'm not going to play him" is not a viable reason as to not giving it a try. Please do not answer the last question. You must be willing to try new learning methods if yours are inefficient. You MUST be able to compromise. Compliment your teammates when they do well, and avoid pointing out their flaws until the end of the game. Tentative Scheduled Practice/Ranked Dates: 2 hours min Monday-Friday between the times of 5:30PM to 8PM PST (up to 12.5 hours/wk) Occasional events scheduled on weekends.
