Looking to join/start a LCS type thing

I have seen many things on reddit about this and I have always wanted to do something like it since I am a big LCS fan. So here's the general idea it is nit 100% so if you see where I can improve let me know. So the plan is that we get 8-10 teams of 5 and play 2 matches a week that the captains will schedule but 2 games must be played in the week and the rest could be scrims or practice or just days off it's up to the teams but 2 games must be played in that week and stats will be kept (kda mostly) and then we will have standings as well and have playoffs and there will be a winner and if it goes well we can expand or even have relegations if we have other people that are willing to join and everyone likes that idea. But we can basically create a community of people like the LCS and have always wanted to compete. Here are some things I Am unsure of since many people want to play there will be a lot of people in different ranks and I want people that are diamond and plat or just better than me so people can challenge them selves in a team environment learn about the game but I sit. Want a team of all silvers and a team of all diamonds I want a mix to make the teams some what equal but I have no way of doing that with out like a draft and have diamond players as captains but I'm assuming if your wanting to join you have a team with friends already and do not want to be split up (that's my case). I would prefer to have people to apply that already have a team that is willing to compete but we may take some solo players if some people want to drop out but forr right now only apply if you have a team. Also NO TOXICITY if players or teams become toxic they will be asked to withdraw from the league.
