Diamond 4 Flex Jungler/Support LFT

Currently Diamond 4 in Flex, Diamond 5 in Solo looking for a team to play Jungle or Support for. I was Diamond in Season 3, 4, 5, but just got back from a 2 year break.

I'm looking for a team that's focused on teamwork, communication, and team composition. Don't be fooled, my champion pool is bigger than what's listed on my op.gg :)
