Serious Ranked Team BRONZE from Scratch!

Hello, I am creating a serious team for people who are in bronze or in silver. This is for serious people only. I want to create this team so we can evolve and learn as a team. My team goals for each season are simple- to get to Silver, Gold, Plat, etc.. If you would like to join the team you please fill in the information bellow. We use skype very frequently so it is a MUST!

So a little bit about myself. I am an ADC and Top lane main, but I prefer to play ADC. I am in Bronze 3 but I want to seriously improve in the game.
