s5 D1 and s6 D5 Supp/Jungle LF team

Looking for a team to play with. Would rather teams that play tournaments etc and not just dynamic queue. Looking for a group of people who strive to get better as a group. Also would prefer a team that is established( has been playing together for a while now). I have challenger 5s experience for the past 2 seasons.
