ADC/Jungle Looking for a Serious Gold+ 5s Team that will do/does tournaments.

IGN: PrimevalSpectre Availability: Almost all day most days I'm on Pacific Standard Time (PST). Rank: Gold 5 but was previously G3 earlier this season and last season. Role:ADC main, Jungle strong as well. Top 3 Mains: ADC: Draven, Lucian, Caitlyn. Jungle: Jarvan, Lee Sin, Nocturne. What can I contribute to the team as ADC? Very strong laner and very strong teamfights. My biggest problem is going off alone although I listen to shot callers without a problem and respond well to legit constructive criticism that is meant to be helpful. What can I contribute to the team as Jungle? Strong late game and plenty of mid game ganks.
