Looking for duo partner that's Gold 2 +

Looking for a reliable duo partner that has a way i can communicate with them via skype,curse, etc. I'm plat 5 atm and it's very hard seeing how you would lose as an adc with a high kda ratio but the rest of the team doesn't even have a kill. Junglers/sup recommended but if not that's okay. Ign: UntiL
