LF Someone to learn from (Supp/ADC)

I'm stuck in bronze and keep sinking, I tend to feel like it's my teammates throwing games, when they play bard supports but building adc, when i play lux mid and go 26/3/16 but end up still losing because people tend to run in one by one into 5 mans in this elo, or maybe even the fact that people dont understand how to cs quite yet or can only play 3 champions... but somewhere down the line you realize it's probably just yourself. I'd like some advice or tips on how to end games alone or what to do to win when you have a team of trolls. Any help or training would be appreciated lol.

At bronze elo play cho'gath. They don't know how to handle him and can easily 1 v 5 if fed. Also remember you're at bronze. You cannot rely on teammates 90% of the time. Ppl will feed, feed ,feed and then team death match when objectives are what win the game.

best advice i can give you is never play solo q that just means 80% ppl on your teams are plastic 5, and will always stay in that elo. how i got out of the elo was play only one champion every game and carry the game yourself... if you dont believe me look at my average with kalista thats all i every played in bronze and now i am 88lp in silver 5 and that was weeks ago and i started in b5. the other way which is the easier way is to play with at least a 3 man que with communication
