[Creating a SERIOUS Ranked 5's Team][G+][READ][Tryout Day2]

Hello, I want to keep this brief and to the point, as I will explain more in PM after added. I have been putting a lot of thought into joining the right ranked 5's team for me, but without any luck I have decided to start my own. I'm looking for mature players, in which I will hand pick, that know the game, and know mistakes will be made. With that being said, that doesn't give any reason for players to lose um.. hope, I guess you could say, in the team. Mistakes will be made, we WILL lose, but I am CERTAIN, with the right people I WILL make a great team.
