A new fontain rule

I am piss off from peoples that just buy sighstone and spam in fontain thats annoying and thats a troll most of in ranked (the shen quit after 5 minutes) There shoud be rule that coud be something like If you stay 3 minutes or more in the fontain youi get an afk ban... it doest count for the first 10 minutes of the game.
