Silver/gold player LF Team

Hi, I'm an older gamer (30) with 2 kids and I'm looking to join a semi-serious team. I'd like to play together a couple nights a week (I'm PST) as a core group of 5. I'd like to play with people that want to improve and climb, but aren't going to rage/blame others for mistakes.

I can play any role at the high silver range and am willing to play anything (prefer not to play tanks that just push and not fight). I mostly just want a fun group to get better with.
