looking for unranked players

so me and my friend are level 11 and we are trying to get to get to lvl 30 so we can then become ranked we seem to be coming across the same problems everygame we both play top lane and we call it everytime and some people on the lol community are very toxic and ignorant so we tend to loose most of our games due to mid and bot being left open so then we have to rotate out of position which is very annoying. any players unranked are welcome, 2 rules you must speak english and stick to lanes other than that anyone welcome. add me on steam at callumolliver3384 or on lol at NerveZ95. we are looking for any players other than top lane thanks
