Looking for Jungle/Top (Gold/Plat) for Ranked Team

We are a semi-established team with an Analyst/Coach in place. I am the team Captain and MidLaner and we are currently reworking our roster. We formed the team a few weeks back, but our analyst and I have agreed that we need to pursue a defined style of team play, and as a result of this and other reasons, we are pursuing a new Jungler and Top Laner to better fit the style that my Support and I would like to achieve.

What we are specifically looking for in the following roles:

Jungle:

We're looking for a kind of different style of Jungler. As a Mid Laner, I personally put an extremely heavy emphasis on roaming when possible. To begin, we want someone who has good synergy with me, but also knows how to control both sides of the jungle. Primarily, we are looking for a hyper-aggressive early game playstyle with a **heavy **emphasis on counterjungling. I'll explain more on this in person, but as a Mid/Jungle we plan to counter jungle, get ward control, and kill their jungler as much as possible.

Top:

For Top, we are looking for a mainly bruiser/tank player, but some assassins are welcome as well. As far as top lane goes, we just want someone who can win lane or at least hold even, but can help us invade the topside jungle when necessary (I.E. read jungle's description and if we need help, save us :D). But otherwise, we want someone who can CS well, hold even in their lane, and go aggressive when we ask them too (please also be proficient with teleport - though it is not what we run 100% of the time, we do need it a lot of the time).
