G5 Support LFT

I'm looking for a 5's team that is organized and active, majority of players in Gold preferably. I've been G2-G5 about 4 times this season, so I'm sitting at the bottom of my swing, but I'll inevitably be back at G2 or so within the next 2 weeks.

I can play any support champ well, so I usually just pick 4-5 that I think are strongest currently. Right now I'm partial to Trundle, Braum, Janna, Alistar, Nami and Thresh. My play times are typically 5-9 PM EST on weekdays, and whenever scheduled on weekends, although I'm on more than not on weekends regardless. I perform best when I don't have to be the primary frontliner and can concentrate on peeling, however I can go ham with the best of them if needed.
