I can help you out if you like. But to be honest pre level 30 the main thing you need to focus on is the basics. Csing, positioning, basic mechanics etc. You also really shouldnt spend any IP on runes because pre 30 runes are pretty useless. Also only play free week champs because once you hit 30 you need to buy basic runes. Armor yellows, magic resist blues, ability power/ad quints, ad reds and hybrid pen reds. Thatll cost roughly 12k IP but will give you a rune page for ad scaling champs and ap scaling champs. Then you can spend your IP on champions. I would recommend getting $20-$35 worth of RP and buying the on sale 975 champs(theres a new one every 3 days) and focus on spending IP on the 450-3150(maybe buy a 30 win IP boost) champs to build your champion pool. I would recommend buying 2-3 champs for every role and play them to see if you like the role. Once again I can definitely help you out.
