Looking for a coach for a gold-plat league

Team is entering a league, Im looking for someone who could work beside me in leading this team to a winning season. I dont play on the team but i am the team manager. If you have analysis/coaching experience that would be a huge plus and is preferred. Looking for someone to dedicate their time to improving this team. This would be a non paying position for the season, but if everything goes well you can talk to the owners about it.
