Leveling up in Latin North America

I'm quitting NA servers because it's too difficult to hit diamond with 110+ ping, I'll come back to NA if they ever fix east coast ping. In Latin North America I have 40 Ping, and I feel like a freaking beast! skill shots are so much easier to land (lots of fun).

I am Spanish myself, so I do not mind the language. For those of you who don't know, you can adjust the language to English (google it). My in-game name is Not reborn, same as NA. Feel free to add me if you would like to play normals to level up! :)
