Frostfall Gaming Looking for Dedicated Players

Yuki No Shijin·Oct 13, 2014·14 votes·1,248 views

Frostfall Gaming is looking for new recruits to fill our team roster. I first made this team with the intent to have a capable team of players who would not argue and demean teammates for making a bad play or being outplayed, but would work hard to acheive victory as a team and not showcase individual skills to boast and gloat under a spotlight. A team I could enjoy playing with daily with as few issues as possible.

What we're looking for:

Dedicated players who can commit to frequent activity and availability on League of Legends
A good attitude, mentality, and communication to/with fellow teammates and opponents
Players who strive to do well and are willing to work hard to become better

What you can expect from the team:

Teammates you will enjoy gaming with and feel comfortable being around
A place where your opinion matters and your voice will be heard
The kind of environment where mistakes will be forgiven and growth is encouraged in a positive manner
Room to question, discuss, and work collaboratively to find the best results for the team as a whole ######To view the team schedule please click here.

Yuki No ShijinOct 14, 20141 votes

The goals of our team is to work together to create a positive gaming experience for our members while we strive to better our individual performance in game as well as the performance of our team as a whole. We hope to find a team that will create lasting relationships between all members and to acheive victory in the competitive nature of the game.

Where we end up in the long term will be determined by the effort and conviction of our members. The team's potential is based on the combined work of each member and when the team finds that place where they bring out each other's best.

Other interests of mine personally stem mainly through gaming (aka I play alot of video games :P) but one major interest of mine outside of gaming would be poetry, though there are many others.

Schedules will not be an issue for the team, there are always ways to work around conflicting schedules. I mainly asked for them to get a sense of how best to schedule team activities to incorporate the majority of team members in any activities planned for our team.

Currently as we are still early on in our development we do not currently have multiple teams active, but is something being considered for future opportunities which will be discussed with each member of the team as they become a more relevant and decided aspect of the team's development and growth.

No, we are not part of a community (aside from the League of Legends community as an entirity.

Yuki No ShijinOct 14, 20142 votes

Usage of alternative voice comms is something we are looking into but due to performance limitations of certain members we are somewhat limited temporarily, though the issue is on our list of targeted resolutions in the future and will be open for discussion to determine what works best for the team as a whole.
