looking for a coach for ranked team

as the title says we are looking for a coach to review some game play and offer some suggestions tips and general ideas on where we can improve. serious inquires only the people on the team will listen and try to understand what it is being said we have fairly experienced people some having very bad habits that they dont seem to want to change. this is really a last resort kind of idea so if you can help me out pls add me
